On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the Youth and Sports Directorate in Beheira – Performance Management Department – organized a specialized training seminar titled Sports Technology and Its Relation to Sports Injuries. The event featured the participation of Qawami for Sports Technology and Body Care, one of the startups under the Sports Technology Business Incubator of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, supported by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and Nile University.
The seminar hosted a distinguished panel of experts:
• Dr. Bahaa Fathi – Founder of Qawami and Consultant in Data Analysis and Sports Technology, who presented the company’s content focusing on smart posture assessment tools, the coach’s role in injury prevention, and the use of technology to support coaches in enhancing prevention and improving athletic performance.
• Dr. Mohamed El-Madbouli – Head of the Measurements Department at Sports Medicine, who discussed Physical Measurements and Their Role in Injury Prevention.
• Dr. El-Sayed Saad El-Din – Certified Consultant in Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation, who addressed Common Sports Injuries on the Field.
• Dr. Mohamed Manour – Emergency Specialist at the Egyptian Ambulance Authority, who covered First Aid for Common Sports Injuries.

This honor crowns a journey that began in January 2025, where Qwamy was selected as one of only 10 startups chosen carefully from hundreds of applicants, based on the evaluation of a joint committee that confirmed the platform leadership in leveraging artificial intelligence for posture health.

Children were divided into teams according to age groups. The first day was dedicated to boys, while the girls’ day will be held on Wednesday, July 16.
This activity is part of the library’s summer program, aiming to develop children’s physical and psychological skills and promote sports as a lifestyle combining benefit and fun.
The event included various physical activities focusing on fitness, agility, endurance, and flexibility, alongside individual and group challenges supervised by professional trainers.
